Maybe I should start practicing law. I could do better than this for 1/100 the cost. I agree. This is the lamest defense imaginable. Are they that desperate? There is no doubt that Harrison was aware that Dmitry was in the SUV. He’s admitted it. Maybe I watch too much Tru-TV, but If I were the defense, I’d work on knocking down the charge to neglect or child endangerment. There is no way Harrison will “get off” He might not do any time, but he’ll have a conviction for something. If he does get little or no time, it will be interesting to see the reaction. Even amongst the most conservative class who commented on the case in July (like Freepers) there was a near universal reaction of burn the guy. Class can play both ways.
